Getting the products from us to you (or from you to us). 

What's the shipping policy?

All Better Bovine products ship exclusively within Canada. 

 

We offer free standard shipping (6-9 business days) and expedited shipping (2-5 business days).

 

Orders are typically shipped out the following business day if placed before the cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST. Estimated shipping times commence on the following business day. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. Better Bovine is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses or parcels which have been stolen after successful delivery. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Better Bovine is not responsible for the parcel. We will, however, work with our courier partners to ensure that your beef jerky reaches the provided shipping address promptly according to your selected shipping option.​ Better Bovine is not liable for any delays in shipping caused by external factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier delays, or other unforeseen events. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the courier service.

Due to current uncertainties with Canada Post operations, we may be temporarily unable to process orders to PO Boxes. If an alternative carrier cannot service your address, your estimated delivery date may be extended.

What's the return policy?

At Better Bovine, we firmly stand by the quality of our products and we take your satisfaction seriously.

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase from our website, you may return any unopened packages within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to resell any opened items for safety and hygiene reasons and do not accept returns on them. 

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please send us a photo of the damaged item(s) to process your request.

 

If your return or exchange is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you purchased from buybetterbovine.com:

Please contact us by emailing hello@buybetterbovine.com. You will be asked to provide your order number and you may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request.

 

If you purchased from a Better Bovine Partner Retailer:

We ask that you contact the authorized reseller. If you are unable to return your product to the authorized seller from whom you purchased it, please contact us. Please have available information regarding where and when you purchased your product readily available. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, and may be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging or provide other information to assist us in processing your request.

 

Better Bovine reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Better Bovine concludes that the purchaser has abused the policy. Better Bovine may amend or terminate this policy at any time without notice.
